Throughout our lives, we are programmed to feel certain ways
about things. Some of this programming is positive and serves us well. But, some programming
is negative and counter productive, which can be a powerful force increasing the incidences of bad habits.
Although we know these habits are destructive and want to change, it is a difficult process to undergo with out help.
A majority of the most common illnesses that plague Americans are lifestyle induced. For example, high blood pressure,
diabetes, arthritis, and heart disease are largely diseases caused by unhealthy lifestyle or in short, bad habits.
Some cancers, including many of the most common types, can be prevented through behavioral adjustments and lifestyle changes.
Scientific evidence suggests that about one third of cancer deaths expected to occur in the U.S. in 2006 will be related
to nutrition, physical inactivity, excess weight, or obesity, and thus could be prevented. (American Cancer Society 2006)
Hypnotherapy is the science and art of programming positive change by unlocking and accessing the power of the subconscious mind.
By harnessing the power of suggestion through hypnosis, the mind can be redirected or reprogrammed to think and feel differently
