As part of this great community, DuPage Health & Physical Therapy has decided we must do our part to slow the community transmission of COVID-19.

After the president’s announcement urging people to stay home, we have made the very difficult decision to follow suit and temporarily close the office until at least March 31st.  We will reassess at that time.
