1 packet of Ideal Protein Broccoli Cheese soup mix

2 egg whites

1 tsp select oil

1/4 tsp baking powder

pinch of Ideal Salt



  1. Preheat oven to 350° F

  2. In a bowl, mix together Ideal Protein Broccoli Cheese soup mix, 2 egg whites, 1 tsp of select oil, 1/4 tsp of baking powder, and a pinch of Ideal Salt

  3. Coat bread pan gently with non-stick spray and pour batter into pan

  4. Bake at 350° F for 8 minutes and then flip and cook for another 8 minutes.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
