Buffalo Ranch Cauliflower Bites

1 cup raw cauliflower, broken into bite-size pieces

2 tsp avocado oil

1 Tbsp liquid egg whites

1 pkg Ideal Protein Buffalo Ranch Puffs, crushed in food processor



  1. Place raw cauliflower pieces in a medium bowl.

  2. Add olive oil and egg whites, mixing until all pieces of cauliflower are wet.

  3. Place cauliflower in a gallon size zip lock bag, making sure all the liquid also goes into the bag.

  4. Add the crushed Buffalo Ranch Puffs to the bag and shake the bag until all cauliflower pieces are covered.

  5. Massage cauliflower in bag as needed to be sure all crumbs are covering cauliflower.

  6. Place in air fryer basket in single layer.

  7. Air fry at 400° F (approx 200°c) for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.

  8. Watch carefully as they can burn quickly if left in too long.!

** Enjoy on their own or splashed with hot sauce or dipped into your favorite on protocol creamy dressing!
