Ingredients
Ingredients:
1 pkg Ideal Protein Tomato Basil Soup Mix
1 Egg
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
3 Tbl Water
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Roasted Vegetables of choice. (Great use for left overs!)
Preparation
Directions:
Add soup mix, baking powder, and spices to a bowl and mix.
Add in egg, olive oil, and water, mix well.
Batter should be the consistency of waffle or pancake batter. Add additional water one tablespoon at a time until you have the proper consistency.
Scoop batter into a sprayed waffle maker, making 2 waffles. Back according to manufacturer directions.
While making the soup waffles, roast or re-heat vegetables of choice.
