  • 1 pkg Ideal Protein Tomato Basil Soup Mix

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Onion Powder

  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 3 Tbl Water

  • Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

  • Roasted Vegetables of choice. (Great use for left overs!)



  1. Add soup mix, baking powder, and spices to a bowl and mix.

  2. Add in egg, olive oil, and water, mix well.

  3. Batter should be the consistency of waffle or pancake batter. Add additional water one tablespoon at a time until you have the proper consistency.

  4. Scoop batter into a sprayed waffle maker, making 2 waffles. Back according to manufacturer directions.

  5. While making the soup waffles, roast or re-heat vegetables of choice.

    * Pro Tip: Pairs great with roasted orange and red bell peppers, and mushrooms
