  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Cappuccino Smoothie mix

  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Vanilla Smoothie mix

  • 1 cup cooled strong-brewed coffee

  • 1.5 cups crushed ice

  • 2 large pinches ground cinnamon


Combine the cappuccino smoothie mix, vanilla smoothie mix, coffee, and ice in a blender. Blend until very smooth.

Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish each with a pinch of cinnamon.

*Need to store a leftover serving? You can refridgerate this frappe for up to 3 days. It will deflate, but you can blend it again for a perfectly fluffy, delicious drink.*
