Ingredients


  • 4 oz cooked chicken breast (Ideal Protein approved)

  • 1 cup broccoli florets

  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers

  • 1 tsp olive oil or cooking spray

  • Salt, pepper, garlic, or herbs to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

  2. Add broccoli and bell peppers, sauté for 3–4 minutes.

  3. Add cooked chicken, season with spices, and stir until heated through.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy a protein-packed, low-carb meal!

Tip: Make a batch and store in the fridge for quick lunches or dinners during busy days.
