Ingredients
4 oz cooked chicken breast (Ideal Protein approved)
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1 tsp olive oil or cooking spray
Salt, pepper, garlic, or herbs to taste
Preparation
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add broccoli and bell peppers, sauté for 3–4 minutes.
Add cooked chicken, season with spices, and stir until heated through.
Serve hot and enjoy a protein-packed, low-carb meal!
Tip: Make a batch and store in the fridge for quick lunches or dinners during busy days.
