4oz of chicken breast, sliced into strips

1 egg

1 packet of your favorite Dorados or Crisps, crushed finely



  1. Heat oven to 425° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix egg in a bowl

  3. Pour crushed Dorados or Crisps on a separate plate.

  4. Dip chicken strips in egg and then into the crushed Dorados or Crisps. Shake off any extra coating.

  5. Place strips onto the baking sheet and bake for 15-20minutes. Enjoy!
