Ingredients

Ingredients:


1 tsp olive oil

1/2 C green onion

1/2 C celery

1/2 C bell peppers

1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp paprika

1 garlic clove

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 C tomato sauce

juice from 1 lemon

1 portion of chicken cubed

1/2 cup Konjac rice

1 bunch of parsley

Preparation

Directions:


Cut up, dice and measure ingredients according to list


Heat large skillet over medium heat


Add olive oil to heated skillet


Next, add: Green onions, celery, and bell peppers, mix well


Add: Oregano, paprika, garlic clove, cayenne pepper, and salt & pepper to taste, mix well


Add: Tomato sauce and juice from Lemon, mix well


Add: Single portion of cubed chicken, cover with lid and cook till chicken is done


Add: Konjac rice, mix well


Top with parsley
