1 packet Berry Breakfast Smoothie Mix

1/2 cup fresh or frozen rhubarb, chopped (ensure this counts towards your Select Vegetables daily total)

1 tablespoon Ideal Protein Maple Flavored Syrup


In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine rhubarb and 1-2 tbsp of water. Gently simmer until rhubarb is soft and liquid evaporates. If liquid evaporates too quickly, add more water.

Stir in Maple Flavored Syrup and allow rhubarb to cool down.

Prepare Berry Breakfast Smoothie Mix per packet instructions.

Gently stir in rhubarb mixture with the smoothie.

Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze and enjoy!
