1lb Ground Chicken
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a paste is formed.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Divide the meat into three equal portions and press into a circle on the parchment
paper, ensuring that it is the same thickness throughout.
Bake for 13-15 minutes. If you choose to make one big crust,
bake 20minutes.
Make sure the crust is done in the middle, especially if your crust is thicker.
Add toppings of your choice and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes to warm
evenly.
Topping Suggestions: No sugar-added tomato sauce,
spinach, mushrooms, hot or sweet peppers, bean sprouts,
green onions ,salad.
