Ingredients

• 6 ounces ground lean turkey breast

• ¼ cup finely chopped celery

• 1 garlic clove, minced

• ¼ to ½ teaspoon ground fennel seed

• ¼ teaspoon dried rubbed sage, crumbled

• ¼ teaspoon salt

• Pinch cayenne pepper

• ½ teaspoon olive oil

• 1 packet Ideal Protein Mashed Potatoes Mix

• 1 tablespoon snipped chives

• 4 cups mixed salad greens

Preparation

• Mix the turkey, celery, garlic, fennel, sage, salt, and cayenne in a medium bowl.


• Heat the oil in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Form the turkey

mixture into 4 patties; add to the skillet and cook until cooked through and browned, 3 to 4 minutes on each side.


• Prepare the mashed potatoes mix according to packet directions; stir in the chives. Serve with the sausage patties and salad greens.
