  • 1 packet IP Tomato Basil Soup (or IP soup packet of choice, or Golden Pancakes Mix)

  • ¼ tsp Ideal Salt

  • 2-3 oz water

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • Non-stick cooking spray


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the soup mix with water to a semi-thick batter. Pour batter onto a lightly greased pie plate and place into the oven. Cook for 18-20 minutes until cook through and sides are golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool. Remove from pan carefully using a spatula. Fill flatbread with salad greens and 2 cups of select vegetables and enjoy!
