1 bunch of lacinato kale (aka dinosaur kale)

1 tsp of olive oil

1 pinch of ideal salt

1 pinch of garlic powder


Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Wash lacinato kale leaves and remove the stems - stems can be left in for extra crunch

Cut into 2 inch pieces

Lay flat to dry *very important

In a large bowl, toss dry kale pieces with olive oil

Add salt and garlic

Bake for 20 minutes

Turn off heat and let chips sit in the heated oven for 10 minutes

Remove and enjoy!
