Roasted Cherry Tomatoes with Shrimp

Ingredients

2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes

1 tsp Olive Oil

1/2 tsp dry cilantro

1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

1 stem tarragon

1 serving shrimp


Garnish- 1 tsp soy sauce (low sodium)

Preparation

In a bowl add your 2 cups of cherry tomatoes

Add 1 tsp oilve oil

1/2 tsp dry cilantro

1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

1 stem tarragon


Mix well


Place seasoned tomatoes into airfryer 320 degrees for 10 minutes


After 10 minutes add one portion of shrimp


Airfry for 5 minutes


Place on your dish and add 1 tsp soy sauce
