Ideal Protein Phase One Tips & Tricks

Here is a List of Tips And Reminders to Help Jump Start Your First Week as Well as a Recipe For an Easy Way to Spice Up Your Veggies


Ideal Protein phase one tips

·Download the app, remember to watch the videos

·Have a prep day to cook, cut, and measure meats and veggies for the week


·If you are going out to dinner, ask the server about ingredients in salad and tell them that you are allergic to dairy so they don’t use butter or cheese. Bring an ideal protein bar or snack with you so you have a dessert to eat.


·Use Google Chrome as your web browser for pre-ordering food from your Ideal Protein account


·Make sure to preorder in advance so your order is ready to pick up


·Provide us with the email/phone number that is best to call you on so we can stay in contact


·Vitamins are important! – write the time of day on the lid of the bottle so you don’t forget when to take them


·Make sure to use the two teaspoons of olive oil or grapeseed oil either with cooking or on top of salads

·Make sure to eat ¼ tsp of salt. It is a very important electrolyte that the body needs.

·Eat four cups of select veggies every day!


·Use no more than 1-2 tablespoons when using Ideal Protein or Walden Farms dressing


·If using Splenda, only use 1-2 packets a day. Each packet contains 1 carbohydrate and they add up!


·Journaling is very important and will help ensure success by letting us catch unknown cheats! It’s also important to keep yourself accountable. Writing down your meals forces you to think about what you’re eating.


·Clean bowls right away, protein residue is hard to get off dishes!


·Bring your Ideal Protein bag to weekly appointments

·Prepare an IP drink mix. Throw 2 cups of spinach and some ice cubes into a blender with the IP drink for an easy way to get your daily veggies in.

·Throwing your 2 cups of veggies in your Ideal Protein soup is an easy way to get your veggies in.
