Servings: Each recipe yields 2 servings; depending on the size of your mold you may get 2-6 popsicles.
Mango Sunrise
Ingredients:
10 oz cold water
1 packet IP Peach and Mango drink mix
1 packet IP Raspberry Gelatin
Mix the Ideal Protein Raspberry Gelatin and the Ideal Protein Peach Mango Drink in a bowl.
Pour into molds + Freeze
It should separate into 3 'Sunrise' colors.
Dreamsicle Popsicles
Ingredients:
5 oz cold water
1 packet IP Vanilla Pudding mix
1 Tbsp IP Orange Drink mix
Chocolate-Orange Popsicles
Ingredients:
1 packet IP Dark Chocolate Pudding mix
1 packet IP Orange Drink mix
10 oz cold water
Wildberry Yogurt Popsicles
Ingredients:
5 oz cold water
1 packet IP Berry Breakfast smoothie mix
Peach Mango Popsicles
Ingredients:
10 oz cold water
1 packet IP Peach and Mango drink mix
1 packet vanilla pudding mix
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to shaker cup.
Shake, pour into Popsicle mold
Freeze until solid.
Enjoy.
