1 packet Ideal Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Mix

1 packet Ideal Protein Chocolate Chip Frosty Blend Mix

½ cup cold water

¼ cup half and half cream

¼ tsp. strawberry extract

In medium mixing bowl, combine the Cheesecake Mix and Frosty Blend Mix.

Add water, half and half, and strawberry extract; using an electric mixer beat on high 3 minutes.

Evenly fill two dessert vessels with mousse.

Cover and chill; serve cold.

TIP: Sift chocolate chips and/or freeze-dried strawberries from mixes and use for sprinkling on top of mousse for an alternative serving idea.
